TERMS OF PURCHASE

These terms define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and product complaints for the items offered on these pages. The matski.ba website can be used for your private purposes free of charge, and in accordance with the following terms and rules.

The seller is matski.ba, and the buyer is a visitor of these pages who fills out an electronic order form, sends it to the seller, and makes payment via credit card or cash on delivery.

ORDERING

The buyer orders one or more products through an electronic order form.

A buyer is considered any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and submits the order.

All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks (BAM), including VAT.

The buyer also has the option to display prices in U.S. dollars or euros.

Products are ordered electronically by clicking on a specific product and adding it to the Cart.

A product is considered ordered once the buyer selects and confirms the method of payment.

PAYMENT

Ordered products or services are paid online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.

DELIVERY

Ordered products are packed in a way that prevents damage during standard handling. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the condition of the shipment and immediately report any damage to the delivery person (an employee of the company providing delivery services). The seller disclaims all responsibility for damages that may occur during delivery.

If the buyer does not receive the goods or notification of delivery within the expected time frame, the buyer has the right to inform the seller so that actions can be taken to locate the shipment or send a replacement.

If the buyer refuses to accept the ordered goods, the seller has the right to request reimbursement for all delivery-related costs.

The seller undertakes to send the shipment once confirmation of the online transaction approval is received. After receiving this confirmation, the seller commits to dispatching the shipment within five (5) working days.

Once the delivery company receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further delivery process or any possible delays or issues that may arise during transportation.

If the buyer chooses the download option instead of physical delivery, the seller is obliged to send a notification via email containing download links and instructions. After receiving the email (download notice), the buyer can immediately access the product download.

COMPLAINTS

The seller undertakes to deliver a technically sound product that matches the description provided on www.matski.ba.
The image illustrating a product on the website may not correspond to the actual product appearance, and the buyer cannot submit a complaint regarding this aspect.

In the case of a technical defect in audio recordings stored on a sound carrier, the seller assumes full responsibility.
In case of technical defects, the buyer must submit a complaint within four (4) working days.
After reporting the defect, the buyer must return the defective sound carrier by mail with a delivery note, after which the seller will, within three (3) working days, send a replacement product at no additional cost.
In such cases, the buyer is not entitled to a refund but only to a replacement product.

The seller is not responsible for possible damages or obligations that fall within the scope of the delivery service provider (the company responsible for delivery).

If the buyer selects the download option but cannot complete the download due to technical issues caused by the seller’s server, the seller shall send an email with new download links at no additional cost to the buyer.

If the buyer still cannot complete the download due to technical issues on the seller’s server, the buyer must contact the seller’s support team, who will provide an appropriate solution without any additional costs. In this situation, the buyer is not entitled to a refund.

If the buyer cannot download the product due to technical problems not related to the seller but caused by the buyer, their internet provider, or a third party, the seller is not responsible and is not obliged to enable another download or delivery free of charge.

The buyer must download the product within five (5) working days. After that period, even if payment has been made, the buyer will no longer be able to download the product and waives the right to any complaint.

All rights of the publisher and copyright holders of recorded and printed works are reserved.

The publisher is matski.ba.
The buyer agrees not to reproduce, perform, broadcast, or sell the seller’s products or any part thereof without authorization.

GENERAL TERMS

matski.ba reserves the right to amend these terms and rules. All changes will apply to the use of the matski.ba website. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during purchase.

The services provided by the matski.ba online store do not include costs incurred by using computer equipment or internet access. matski.ba is not responsible for telephone, internet traffic, or any other costs that may arise.

Although matski.ba strives to provide the best possible service, it cannot guarantee that the website’s services will fully meet your needs or that they will be error-free.
If an error occurs, please report it to our Contact Center or by email at mat@matski.ba so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

All payments will be affected in BiH currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Bosnian mark (BAM) according to the current exchange rate of the local National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

 

 

USLOVI KUPOVINE

Ovim se uslovima utvrđuje postupak naručivanja, plaćanja, isporuke te reklamacija proizvoda koji su

ponuđeni na ovim stranicama. matski.ba Internet stranice mogu se koristiti za Vašu privatnu

upotrebu bez ikakvih naknada za korištenje, a prema sljedećim uslovima i pravilima.

Trgovac je matski.ba, a kupac je posjetitelj ovih stranica koji popuni elektronsku narudžbu, pošalje

je trgovcu te izvrši plaćanje putem kreditnih kartica ili pouzećem.

NARUČIVANJE

Kupac naručuje proizvod ili proizvode putem elektronskog obrasca narudžbe.

Kupcem se smatra svaka osoba koja elektronski naruči barem jedan proizvod, popuni tražene podatk

e i pošalje narudžbu.

Sve cijene izražene su u Konvertibilnim markama, uključujući PDV.

Kupac dodatno ima mogućnost prikaza cijena u američkim dolarima te evrima.

Roba se naručuje elektronskim oblikom, pritiskom na određeni proizvod te spremanjem istog u

Korpu.

Roba se smatra naručenom u trenutku kada kupac odabere te potvrdi način plaćanja.

PLAĆANJE

Naručeni proizvodi ili usluge plaćaju se online jednom od kreditnih kartica:Mastercard,

Maestro ili Visa.

ISPORUKA

Naručeni proizvodi pakuju se na način da tokom uobičajene manipulacije ne budu oštećeni. Prilikom

preuzimanja kupac je dužan provjeriti stanje pošiljke te u slučaju oštećenja odmah reklamirati proizvod

dostavljaču (zaposlenom kompanije koja vrši dostavu). Trgovac se odriče svake odgovornosti u vezi

oštećenja koja mogu nastati prilikom dostave.

Ako kupac ne primi robu, ili obavijest o isporuci, nakon što je poslana, u očekivanom vremenu, kupac

ima pravo o tome obavijestiti prodavca kako bi se preduzele radnje pronalaska pošiljke ili kako bi se

poslala zamjenska pošiljka.

Ako kupac odbije primiti robu koju je naručio trgovac ima pravo tražiti od kupca nadoknadu svih

troškova koji su vezani za isporuku.

Trgovac se obvezuje poslati pošiljku kupcu onoga trenutka kada zaprimi potvrdu kojom se odobrava

online transakcija. Nakon zaprimanja te potvrde trgovac se obvezuje poslati pošiljku u roku do 5 (pet)

radnih dana.

Nakon što dostavljač (kompanija koja vrši dostavu) zaprimi pošiljku od strane trgovaca, trgovac više

nije odgovoran za daljnji tok isporuke i eventualna kašnjenja, te probleme koji mogu nastati u vezi

daljnje manipulacije i isporuke robe.

Ako kupac umjesto dostave izabere opciju downloada proizvoda, trgovac se obavezuje poslati

obavijest isključivo u obliku elektronske pošte kupcu, na kojoj će se nalaziti linkovi za preuzimanje

(download) i uputstva. Nakon prijema elektronske pošte (obavijesti o preuzimanju) kupac može

odmah pristupiti preuzimanju proizvoda.

REKLAMACIJE

Trgovac se obavezuje isporučiti proizvod koji je tehnički ispravan te odgovara opisu proizvoda

navedenom na www.matski.ba. Slika koja ilustruje proizvod na Internet stranici ne mora odgovarati

stvarnom izgledu proizvoda, te kupac ne može reklamirati ovaj segment.

U slučaju tehničke neispravnosti audio zapisa koji su pohranjeni na prenosniku zvuka trgovac preuzima

potpunu odgovornost. U slučaju tehničke neispravnosti, kupac je dužan reklamirati proizvod u roku od

4 (četiri) radna dana. Nakon što reklamira tehničku neispravnost, kupac je dužan poštom uz dostavnicu,

vratiti tehnički neispravan prenosnik zvuka nakon čega će trgovac u roku od 3(tri) radna dana poslati

kupcu zamjenski proizvod, bez ikakve naknade. U slučaju gore navedenog, kupac nema pravo tražiti

povrat novca, već isključivo zamjenski proizvod.

Trgovac nije odgovoran za eventualna oštećenja i ostale obveze koje se nalaze u domeni dostavljača

(preduzeće koja obavlja poslove dostave proizvoda).

Ako kupac odabere opciju preuzimanja proizvoda te kupac ne bude u mogućnosti obaviti preuzimanje

zbog tehničkih problema uzrokovanih na serveru trgovca, trgovac se obavezuje poslati elektronsku

poštu sa novom mogućnošću za preuzimanje, za što kupac ne snosi nikakve troškove.

U slučaju da kupac niti tada ne bude u stanju obaviti preuzimanje koji je uzrokovan zbog tehničkih

problema na serveru trgovca, kupac je dužan o tome kontaktirati prodajnu službu prodavca koja će

ponuditi adekvatno rješenje koje u sebi neće sadržavati nikakvu naknadu i daljnje troškove od strane

kupca. Kupac nema pravo tražiti povrat novca u ovoj situaciji.

U slučaju da kupac ne može preuzeti proizvod,a tehnički problemi nisu vezani za trgovca, već su

uzrokovani od strane kupca, operatera ili treće osobe trgovac ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost i nije dužan

kupcu omogućiti preuzimanje ili isporuku robe bez naknade.

Kupac je u roku od 5 (pet) radnih dana dužan preuzeti proizvod, nakon toga više neće moći, bez obzira

što je izvršio uplatu, preuzeti proizvod. U ovom slučaju kupac se odriče bilo kakve reklamacije.

ZAŠTITA AUTORSKIH PRAVA

Sva prava izdavača i nosioca programa na snimljenom i štampanom djelu su zadržana.

Izdavač je matski.ba Kupac se obvezuje da neće neovlašteno umnožavati, izvoditi, koristi za radio

difuziju te prodavati proizvode trgovca niti bilo koji dio tih proizvoda.

UOPŠTE

matski.ba zadržava pravo na izmjenu ovih uslova i pravila. Sve promjene primijeniće se na korištenje

matski.ba stranice. Kupac snosi odgovornost za tačnost i potpunost unesenih podataka prilikom

kupovine.

Usluge koje Vam pruža matski.ba Internet prodavaonica ne uključuje troškove koje snosite koristeći

računarsku opremu i usluge za pristup našim stranicama. matski.ba nije odgovorna za troškove

telefona, Internet prometa ili bilo koje druge troškove do kojih može doći.

Iako Vam matski.ba nastoji dati najbolju moguću ponudu usluga, matski.ba ne može garantovati

da će usluge na matski.ba odgovarati Vašim potrebama. matski.ba takođe ne može garantovati da
